I usually try and make it a habit to leave some sort of comment on someones work if I am going to make it a favourite.

Even though it's flattering to get 'drive by' favourites from people you don't know and may not hear from again, it would nice to know WHY they liked a particular work.

So what do you think? Is it good etiquette to leave a comment if you fav? Do you like receiving comments?

I can easily tell you why I stopped to visit your gallery though. Your model looked like a REAL female human being!!! Love eye candy as much as any guy but for fuck sake what is wrong with a naturally beautiful women that a woman can say "hey I could look like that if I take care of myself" These MAXIM models where do they come from not earth I dont think.

I just wanted to let you know I think your Forest Nymph series is beautiful. My favorite of them would have to be #5, though, because of the expression on her face. Soooooooo soft.

In your journal, where you ask about comments vs. faves -- I'm gonna have to say either one works for me. I feel compelled to reply to a comment, but if it's just a comment like: hey, I like those colors! what're you gonna say besides, "Thanks." --? Which I always thank the folks who fave my stuff anyway, so it seems just about as personal, don't you think?
